Asha attended the University of the Arts, London College of Fashion, Europe’s largest specialist arts and design university which boasts an alumni of Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen & Matthew Williamson. Asha obtained her degree in Fashion Promotion : Journalism, Broadcast & PR, graduating with honors.

Leo, discovered at the age of 13, has enjoyed many years as a successful international model, this career has included traveling all over the world for her clients.

Working for such industry greats including Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, Alejandro Gonzalez and Vogue Brides has provided Asha with valuable insight into the fashion world which she has successfully capitalized upon to segue into hosting a pilot produced by one of America’s Top Models, Tyra Banks. Fashion Mega Warrior, a show where contestants face styling challenges whilst battling through a series of obstacle courses.

Upon moving to America, Leo was quickly snapped up by BBC America to host a new show filming in N.Y. –”The Brit List”, where Asha became the channels “pop culture guru” talking about all the latest trends in the film, TV, music, and fashion worlds.

With Hollywood calling soon afterwards, Leo had to make the next logical career move to Los Angeles where she has enjoyed hosting Red Carpet Award Shows, commenting on celebrity style as well as films and television trivia.

Asha was also invited by Warner Brothers to be their host for the Live Red Carpet celebrity studded N.Y. film premieres for “Man of Steel” and “Great Gatsby.”

“Hosting a live red carpet was exhilarating, but I particularly enjoyed the social media component of these worldwide premieres. I could interact in real time with fans watching at home through Twitter, Instagram or Facebook and that’s what I love most about hosting. Getting to share in people’s opinions and have a conversation about what really excites them.”

Asha was honored to be included in season 13 of the Emmy winning series, Project Runway as a guest judge, alongside super model, Heidi Klum, renowned fashion designer, Zac Posen and fashion director of Marie Claire magazine, Nina Garcia.

Leo has made NBC her new home where she currently hosts on both Access Hollywood and Access Hollywood Live. Her bi-weekly segment “Access Style Deals” focuses on the latest fashion trends.

Leo currently resides in Los Angeles, while still accepting select modeling opportunities that take her to exotic locations across the globe where she gets the chance to continue meeting the locals and sample some of their pastimes.

“Friends joke that I’m like a giant sponge, eager to soak up as much as life can offer. I’ll try anything once, whether it’s diving with great white sharks, jumping out of planes, running a marathon or tasting native cuisine and delicacies. Getting to share in people’s passions and understand what motivates them is a privilege. I enjoy all spectrums of life, I’m just as comfortable in the haute couture of the fashion world as I am playing in mud!”
